Sales Support Administrator Representative
Our client is seeking an entry-level Sales Support Administrator to support the sales and order-to-cash cycle by processing and managing customer orders. 

This role is a hybrid model in Dayton, Ohio.

Sales Support Administrator Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately across various channels (email, phone, online) using order management systems.
  • Assist sales teams with quotes and convert them into orders.
  • Monitor order status and proactively communicate delays or issues to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries about order status, shipping, and product availability.
  • Collaborate with distribution centers and inventory teams to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Verify order accuracy (pricing, part numbers, delivery info) and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain order documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Sales Support Administrator Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Salesforce experience (Quote-to-Order, amendments, renewals) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt quickly to training.
  • Open-mindedness to navigate challenges during a system launch.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and proficiency in Google Apps/Microsoft Office is beneficial.
  • Experience in order administration or sales support preferred, but not required.

Compensation: $16-$18/hr. (DOE)
