Senior Accountant
Our well-established client seeks an experienced Senior Accountant to join their tight-knit accounting team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader who seeks room for growth in their next role. 

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week onsite in Albany, Oregon after training has been completed.

Senior Accountant Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship to accounting team members.
• Lead month end close processes ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance of general ledger.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies. 
• Ad-hoc reporting and tax/audit support.

Senior Accountant Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a mid to large sized organization.
• Working knowledge of lease accounting processes and GAAP.
• Experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Prior leadership and/or mentoring experience a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle or similar preferred) and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Team-oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $80k-$95k (DOE) + Bonus
