Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting)
Our client seeks a self-motivated Senior Accountant to join their internal Financial Reporting team. This is a stellar opportunity to become part of a reputable, longstanding organization. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

This is a hybrid role requiring qualified applicants to commute weekly to offices in Reno, Nevada.

Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting) Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze financial data for federal reporting.
• Prepare financial reports and statements for multiple entities.
• Audit and maintain up-to-date financial information in systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve discrepancies/variances as they arise.
• Support ongoing process improvements and automations for accounting functions.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and special department projects.

Senior Accountant (SEC Reporting) Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive technical accounting experience.
• Well-versed with financial reporting and SEC filing (10-Q, 10-K) processes and regulations.
• Proficiency with reporting systems/databases and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Salary: $110k-$115k (DOE)
