Senior Financial Analyst
Our client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a driven Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. This role will work closely with a talented CFO in an evolving role with a growth path to management. The ideal candidate is deadline-driven and enjoys being involved in supporting the organization’s ambitious growth model.

This is a remote opportunity.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasting models for current business and future M&A efforts.
• Perform variance analysis to support budgeting activities.
• Identify industry trends, KPIs, and investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Suggest opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Senior Financial Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; MBA, CPA, and/or CFA preferred.
• At least 3 years of progressive corporate FP&A experience; exposure to M&A preferred.
• Retail or investment banking industry experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar), business intelligence, or FP&A tools.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $90k-$130k + Bonus (DOE)
