Senior IT Internal Auditor
Our client seeks an adaptable and detail-oriented Senior IT Internal Auditor to join their team! This role will play a vital part in supporting the internal audit function, driving compliance, and enhancing operational processes, which requires the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships while executing SOX and other internal audits. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, providing insights and recommendations to enhance processes and ensure compliance.

Senior IT Internal Auditor Responsibilities

• Support all phases of SOX, operational, and compliance audits, from planning to reporting.
• Identify and document technology-related risks and assist with the testing of IT controls.
• Collaborate with process owners to ensure proper documentation of policies and procedures.
• Perform IT SOX testing, including testing key reports, and assist with identifying and resolving control deficiencies.
• Facilitate process walkthroughs with IT stakeholders and support external auditors.

Senior IT Internal Auditor Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance or related field; CISA or similar IT certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT auditing or SOX compliance testing.
• Collaborative with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage competing demands, work independently, and plan effectively.
• Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Salary: $95-$120k (DOE)
