Senior Post-Closing Specialist (Home Lending)
Our client seeks a Senior Home Lending Specialist to oversee the post-closing process for home loans, ensuring all files adhere to investor standards and are fully compliant. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and available for an immediate start.

Senior Post-Closing Specialist Responsibilities

• Ensure loan files meet investor requirements and are fully compliant with documentation standards.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver complete loan packages in an efficient manner.
• Manage electronic file processing and oversee mortgage loan issuance and insurance activation.
• Maintain data integrity and compliance with service level agreements and regulatory guidelines.
• Assist with developing continuous process improvements and efficiencies.

Senior Post-Closing Specialist Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of mortgage lending experience as a Post-Closing Specialist.
• In-depth knowledge of mortgage loan documents, title, escrow processes, operations, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and loan origination systems.
• Team-oriented with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to data accuracy.

Salary: $23-$25/hr. (DOE)
