Senior Product Line Manager, Global Apparel
As our Senior Product Line Manager – Women’s Basketball Apparel, this individual will oversee all facets of the product creation process for WNBA and NCAA Women’s Basketball Apparel, from brief to delivery. We are looking for someone that can establish, maintain, and cultivate key relationships with leagues, teams, and assets and recognize consumer and competitive trends in key markets. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage athlete, consumer, and marketplace insights and translate them into impactful product narratives that resonate. This candidate will lead and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver and showcase the most innovative and high-performance product in the industry for athletes, as well as deliver a compelling retail assortment for consumers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the uniform creation process, strong relationships with Sports Marketing, and incredible organizational skills to allow them to manage a breadth of projects on varying timelines.

This role is onsite in Beaverton, Oregon.

Senior Product Line Manager, Global Apparel Responsibilities 
Leadership:
• Leading a cross-functional team by setting clear priorities and expectations, while fostering collaboration.
• Aligning merchandising, brand marketing, sports marketing, design, tech development, operations, and Product Creation Center partners to lead creating and delivering, in full and on-time, one of our most high-profile apparel product lines at the company.
• Positively influencing internal and external partners, including tracking progress of and gaining asset approval on-time.

Product Strategy & Business Insight:
• Gathering athlete and consumer insights to define a product strategy that serves elite athletes, as well as consumers.
• Analyzing current business across promo and retail, then creating strategy for and successful implementation of the lineplan.

Senior Product Line Manager, Global Apparel Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Business or an equivalent to/
• 2 additional years' relevant work experience or combination of relevant education, experience, and training.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in product-related roles.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of athletes, marketplace, and consumer landscape.
• Expert Product Management and Merchandising skills and expert understanding of the product process.

Compensation: $50-$63/hr. (DOE)
