Senior Product Manager
Our client is seeking a Senior Product Manager with a proven track record in launching patient-facing healthcare products from inception. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep experience in consumer engagement and technical marketing communications platforms. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in mapping patient journeys and leading early-stage product management within healthcare startups.

This role is fully remote.

Senior Product Manager Responsibilities

• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including inception, roadmap planning, and launch of patient-focused healthcare solutions.
• Define and implement the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, working closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, UX, engineering, and data science.
• Develop and manage business and product plans, pricing models, and competitive positioning to support both current and next-generation offerings.
• Oversee product development initiatives by translating business requirements into clear product documentation, including functional requirements, user stories, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with marketing to enhance customer engagement, acquisition, and retention, leveraging data-driven strategies.
• Lead journey mapping efforts to optimize patient experiences and continuously improve product features based on customer insights and feedback.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery while balancing business objectives with technical constraints.
• Develop and monitor key metrics to assess product performance, profitability, and user engagement.
• Mentor team members and influence strategy across multiple products and departments.

Senior Product Manager Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing early-stage products within healthcare startups, ideally with patient-facing solutions.
• Demonstrated success in launching consumer-focused products from concept to market.
• Strong understanding of consumer engagement strategies, particularly within healthcare or patient-centered solutions.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally, with excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with agile project management and ability to prioritize features based on data and strategic goals.
• Highly analytical, with experience in metrics-driven decision-making to guide product design and enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience in digital healthcare solutions and consumer engagement tools is highly desirable.
