Shipping and Receiving Specialist
Our client seeks a driven and dependable Shipping and Receiving Specialist to assist their Beaverton team with timely and accurate preparation, tracking, and processing of all inbound/outbound IT desktop equipment deliveries. The ideal candidate is adaptable, has strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment!

Shipping and Receiving Specialist Responsibilities

• Handle the shipment and receipt of all desktop equipment.
• Create inbound and outbound shipping labels using the UPS global shipping tool.
• Clean, sort, and box incoming/outgoing desktop equipment.
• Scan equipment into and out of inventory to ensure accurate tracking of items.
• Assemble new hire, break fix, and termination shipment boxes.
• Correspond with internal/external contacts to troubleshoot, research, and resolve shipping inquiries and issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving staging area.

Shipping and Receiving Specialist Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of shipping and receiving experience.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Proven proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Team-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organize with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
• Able and willing to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds.

Salary: $20/hr. (DOE)
