Talent Acquisition Specialist
Our client seeks a reliable Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their organization with onboarding employees for their new locations!

Talent Acquisition Specialist Responsibilities

• Support onboarding activities for new employees at multiple locations.
• Process new hire documents ensuring completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Submit background check and CORI forms.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records.

Talent Acquisition Specialist Qualifications

• At least 1 year of onboarding experience.
• Knowledge of new hire forms and processes.
• Familiarity with laptop and scanner usage.
• Able to learn new systems quickly; exposure to Workday a plus.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail/accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: $25-$27/hr. (DOE)
