After working in youth hostels, hotels, and opening Portland’s first WeWork co-working space, I pivoted into recruiting in 2020. I am excited to support and grow the technology division as an Account Manager at VanderHouwen. I have a passion for connecting with clients and creating strong partnerships. I love to learn each client’s needs and motivations to create a targeted recruiting strategy to support them. I love collaboration because it takes creativity and innovation to the next level. I love exploring whether it’s hiking in the Columbia Gorge with my dog Ripley, wine tasting in the Willamette Valley, or surfing the Oregon Coast with my partner.
