Thomas started recruiting in 2012 and since that time he has loved building lifelong relationships with and helping grow the careers of the candidates he partners with. Thomas is passionate about working in his hometown of Portland, helping grow our local tech community of businesses and the people that make them thrive. He feels like Portland is a unique tech community that feels much more like a town than a giant city, so relationships are crucial. Thomas is a huge fan of the Trail Blazers, Ducks football, and anything Star Wars related.
